Our Technique

At Pleasant Life Chiropractic, we use Torque Release Technique (TRT), one of the most thoroughly researched techniques in chiropractic.

Gentle adjustments to the spine are made using an instrument called the Integrator.

Gentle                Targeted                Fast results                No twisting or cracking

Integrator, no twisting or cracking, gentle care

How It Works

We use a small, FDA-approved instrument called an Integrator to make very specific adjustments to the spine. Adjustments are gentle corrections to vertebrae that have shifted out of their natural position.

The integrator is non-invasive and is placed outside your clothing against a specific area of the spine or pelvic bone. The device recoils and releases, adjusting the bone in a gentle, painless motion.

In the video below, Scott shares how we've helped countless patients with prior surgeries and other health issues using TRT:

About Us

At Pleasant Life Chiropractic, we know that your body shouldn't keep you from doing the things you love. Your body should function at its best and maintain optimal health. Unfortunately, many people with health issues feel lost or without hope, not realizing there is a better way.

We understand how health problems can affect your daily life and even feel like the "norm." We've even dealt with some of these issues ourselves. Scott suffered from migraines every two weeks or less before chiropractic care. Dr. Ashley switched career paths and became a chiropractor after her recurring sinus infections and allergies went away with chiropractic care. We've also helped hundreds of people in our office and have a whole wall of testimonies (We'd love for yours to be on there next!).

Here's how it works: You make an appointment to come into our office. At that first appointment, we get a complete picture of your health. Then we set up a time to go over Dr. Ashley's findings and recommendations, and you'll start getting your specific, researched, and gentle adjustments.

Make your appointment today so you can stop worrying about your health and start getting back to doing the things you love!
